Consumer dispute resolution

Highlander is offered to businesses only (see the Terms of Service). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board pursuant to § 36 VSBG.

Liability for content

The content of this site has been created with the greatest of care. I cannot, however, guarantee that the information in it is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider I am responsible under § 7 (1) DDG for my own content on this site. Service providers are not, however, obliged under §§ 8 to 10 DDG to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on their site or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. This does not affect my statutory obligations to remove or block the use of information. Liability in such cases commences only from the point at which I become aware of an actual violation. The listings on the board — their titles, descriptions and destination links — are third-party content submitted by the lister. They are advertising, they are not reviewed before publication, and they are marked as advertising. Notices of unlawful listings can be sent to mail@haukejung.de, or filed with the report button on any listing page, and will be acted on without undue delay; see the Terms of Service for the notice-and-action procedure and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

This website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content I have no control. I cannot therefore accept any liability for this third-party content. Responsibility for the content of linked pages always lies with the provider or operator of the pages concerned. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent at that time.
